Our Life Safety Plans
Clear Graphics
We pride ourselves on creating plans that are a graphic representation of Code requirements. This can obviously include a lot of information. We clearly document this information in a manner that allows anyone who uses the plans to understand.
Layers
We clearly define layers on or plans, and can add additional layers to meet each client's needs. We can create the plans for use with the Accreditation Organization survey, and then create layers to help a facility maintain systems such as damper locations, fire door ratings, medical gas valves, etc.
Double Line Graphics
We feel it is important to clearly document how fire and smoke barriers run through a building. Single-line plans make this information difficult to read and often provide incorrect information. For example, the use of the 1-hour smoke barrier.
Deficiency Locations
We provide each facility with plans documenting the locations of all deficiencies found during our site visit. While many companies do this, we pride ourselves on providing clear direction while keeping the plans easy to understand.
Detailed Requirements
We provide a complete outline of opening protection requirements, exit discharge, and smoke compartment and suite sizes. We also create operational plans that clearly document the historical information a facility needs to properly maintain a building.
Hailed as "Best Practice"
Multiple Joint Commission and DNV surveyors have hailed our Life Safety Plans as a "Best Practice" for their clarity and level of detail.
